Harlau Developments is the product of a long kept promise between its two co-founders; to one day bring the experience gathered throughout their careers in real estate development to contribute to and improve the communities they grew up in.

With several small scale apartment projects and over 100 single family lots currently being marketed or under application, Harlau takes immense pride in their projects by combining large developer knowledge with small community real estate projects.
